Youth Friendly Audits
We conduct a detailed audit aimed at evaluating the “youth-friendliness” of your work, based on national best practices (e.g our 7 YF principles) and comparable indicators.
The size of the audit will depend on your needs. Smaller audits will look at program development, communications and outreach procedures and processes in order to evaluate your approach to design against our proven approaches and success criteria.
Larger scale audits may involve a thorough analysis of your organization’s policies, procedures and work culture and outlining what is or isn’t working according to our Youth-Friendly factors.
The first steps for implementation are embedded in the process and results of the audit, in order to elevate the client relationship to the next stage of collaboration:

Evaluates youth-friendliness based on YF’s standardized indicators, which serve as a baseline for measuring progress and success.
